✧General✧

1. The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior.
2. As a customer you must provide visual reference of your character/details you want to see on the art
3. I may post your finished commission unless asked not to beforehand.
4. You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission.
5. I do not put any watermarks on my work and will not put them if you ask. I reserve the right to post works without any protective watermarks. (When you receive your finished work, you can add your own watermark on top to show ownership of the work.)
6. You may post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
7. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice!
8. The art I create for you cannot be used for training an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.
9. I am not interested in selling my works as NFTs.

✧Payment✧

1. Payment via Paypal to the donation platform Boosty in USD.
2. I do not accept refunds unless a reason is issued. I would prefer it if you talked to me first about any issues!
3. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any refunds due to the specificity of Boosty as it is not a paid platform but a donation platform. I will not refuse a commission if I have already received payment.
4. Backing out on a commission (before payment is sent) will not result in any issues as long as you communicate with me!
5. I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission!
